Church Street sits in the heart of the historic town of Warwick. Overlooked by the eloquent Church of St Marys, No.8 boasts some of the classic design features shared with many of the towns properties which were hurriedly built after the town was devastated by fire in 1694. Full restoration projects on listed buildings like these always come with a number of challenges, it was a project that was embraced by all of the IP Building Services team.
